    文章分析了核电安全管理的特点,并将核电独特的QA管理分析工具做为基本方法与安全管理体系进行了有效融合,如质保分级管控、质保监查/监督、防人因失误工具的应用、经验反馈、闭环管理等方法,可提升核电工程施工的安全管理水平,同时也健全了核电质量保证体系。分析工具的有效使用,为核电建设提供的创新型管理思路,做好安全分级管理及隐患排查,安全管理及隐患发生率趋势分析,融合后的QA体系更完善。经验的总结可以在核电工程建设领域广泛推广应用;同时也可以促进主要关键部位施工及工艺系统安装和调试的安全顺利进行。

    Abstract:

    s: The paper analyzes the characteristics of safety management of nuclear power,Which compromise QA as well as Safety Management System on Nuclear Power Project on the unique QA management analysis tools as the basic method and safety management system。Such as quality assurance, quality assurance audit / quality assurance supervision, for preventing human error, application tools, experience feedback closed-loop management method, Which can improve the level of safety management of nuclear power engineering the construction, but also can improve the quality assurance system. The effective use of analytical tools for the construction of nuclear power which can provide innovative management ideas on the safety management, safety management classification and hidden dangers exclude. The safety management and risk analysis of the trend of the incidence after the integration will be more perfect of QA system。 Summary of experience can be widely used in the field of nuclear power construction projects, but also can promote the safety of key parts of the construction and process system installation and commissioning。
