    文章从在建核电项目目前的现状着手,分析了目前质量管理的薄弱环节和困难,针对性的提出了以管理人及人的活动为重点的控制内容,重点从培训人的质量意识和责任心、提升操作技能及技能水平等方面,制定详细的工作流程。遵照质量计划及施工方案,按程序作业,特别是针对质量管理中的薄弱环节提出了应用根本原因分析和质量管理的PDCA循环的方法,把不文明施工和环境整治当做安全隐患进行整改的提升管理水平的针对性解决措施和建议;措施和意见的有效实行,可推进核电在建项目的顺利建设,提升核电项目的质量管理水平。

    Abstract:

    Based on the current situation of nuclear power projects under construction, this paper analyzes the weak links and difficulties of current quality management, puts forward the control content which focus on managers and human activities, and formulates detailed work flow from aspects of training personnel"s quality awareness and responsibility, improve operation skills and skill level. According to the quality plan and construction scheme, operate according to the procedures, especially for the weak links in the quality management, The paper puts forward the PDCA cycle method of root cause analysis and quality management, takes uncivilized construction and environmental remediation as potential safety hazards to improve the management level of targeted solutions and suggestions; the effective implementation of measures and opinions can promote nuclear power projects under construction Objective to construct smoothly and improve the quality management level of nuclear power projects.
