    摘要:

    文章提出了互学互讲、法规互动、案例分析、本质质量理念宣贯、讲好质量故事营造质量文化氛围、群众性质量管理活动、合理化建议、班组标准化及达标、技术质量练兵、经验反馈等做好质量管理工具的方法培训来提升质量管理水平的方法;针对性提出了先进质量管理工具的方法的交流研讨、精细化技术质量管理、做好前瞻性质量控制、质量风险及质量隐患排查治理双重预防机制、实施系统复盘的“顺藤摸瓜”方法做好施工记录管理,从而维护质量管理体系的有效运转,提升质量管理水平的措施。

    Abstract:

    s: This paper puts forward some methods to improve the level of quality management, such as mutual learning, interaction of laws and regulations, case analysis, publicity and implementation of essential quality concept, telling good quality stories, creating quality culture atmosphere, mass quality management activities, rationalization suggestions, team standardization and reaching the standard, technical quality training, experience feedback and so on ;The paper also show the measures include the exchange and discussion of advanced quality management tools and methods, fine technical quality management, good forward-looking quality control, double prevention mechanism of quality risk and quality hidden danger investigation and management, implementation of "following the vine to touch the melon" method of systematic review, and good construction record management, so as to maintain the effective operation of quality management system and improve the quality management level。
