    摘要:

    由于软土地基容易受到自然因素与环境因素的影响,其结构稳定性与牢固性偏低,存在沉降隐患,不利于工程建设安全。为此,在传统软土地基加固技术的基础上,根据钉型双向水泥搅拌桩原理,以X建筑工程项目为例,对软土地基加固技术展开研究。安装抽真空设备,增加软土地基的有效应力;结合单桩承载力与数值模拟的原理,设计钉型双向水泥搅拌桩的扩大头尺寸;通过地基排水工程与地基加固预压工程施工,完成软土地基加固处理。试验结果证明,采用本文提出的软土地基加固技术后,软土地基沉降位移与地基孔隙水压力均得到了有效降低,整体加固技术具有较高的可行性。

    Abstract:

    Because the soft soil foundation is easily affected by natural and environmental factors, its structural stability and firmness are low, and there are hidden dangers of settlement, which is not conducive to the safety of engineering construction. Therefore, based on the traditional soft soil foundation reinforcement technology, according to the principle of nail type two-way cement mixing pile, taking x construction project as an example, the soft soil foundation reinforcement technology is studied. Install vacuum pumping equipment to increase the effective stress of soft soil foundation; Combined with the bearing capacity of single pile and the principle of numerical simulation, the enlarged head size of nail type two-way cement mixing pile is designed; Through the construction of foundation drainage works and foundation reinforcement preloading works, the soft soil foundation reinforcement treatment is completed. The test results show that the settlement displacement and pore water pressure of soft soil foundation are effectively reduced after the soft soil foundation reinforcement technology proposed in this paper, and the overall reinforcement technology has high feasibility.
