Progress control during the construction stage is one of the important tasks of project management and supervision， taken a large venue with an unconventional construction period as an example, we summarized the progress control strategy of project management and supervision integration mode in the construction stage of large venues in unconventional construction period from the aspects of schedule planning, material supplier selection, design schedule management, schedule control in terms of technical difficulties and schedule dynamic management.
