    摘要:

    受围岩破碎、渗漏水量大等因素影响,矿山法隧道穿越富水断裂带时存在涌水、突泥、坍塌等风险,施工风险极大。文章以青岛某海底隧道工程为依托,对矿山法隧道穿越富水断裂带时常用全断面超前帷幕注浆施工工法进行研究,通过合理调整钻孔位置和数量、灵活选用注浆材料、调整注浆浆液类型和配比、改进注浆设备及注浆过程等具体措施优化注浆工艺。通过打设检查孔、对比监控量测数据等方式验证了帷幕注浆优化措施的合理性和有效性,达到预期效果,满足后续开挖条件,为类似工程的施工提供参考和指导。

    Abstract:

    Affected by factors such as broken surrounding rock and large amount of water seepage, there are huge risks such as water inrush, mud inrush, and collapse when a mining tunnel passes through a water-rich fault zone. Based on a subsea tunnel project in Qingdao, this paper studies the full-section advanced curtain grouting construction method commonly used when mining tunnels pass through the water-rich fault zone. Specific measures such as slurry type and ratio, improvement of grouting equipment and grouting process can optimize the grouting process. The rationality and effectiveness of the curtain grouting optimization measures were verified by drilling inspection holes and comparing monitoring and measurement data, achieving the expected results, meeting the subsequent excavation conditions, and providing reference and guidance for the construction of similar projects.
