Abstract:Traditional supervision enterprises have been unable to meet the needs of the modern construction industry, and it is an inevitable trend to transform and develop to the whole-process engineering consulting. The supervision enterprises have developed for more than 30 years, and are now in a dilemma. Due to the development of the construction industry, most of the owners need the integrated contracting mode more. Most of the traditional supervision enterprises supervise and manage in the construction stage, and are not good at the decision prediction in the early stage and the acceptance audit in the later stage. Therefore, the transformation to the whole-process engineering consultation is an inevitable trend. This can not only meet the diversified needs of the owners, but also promote the development of the domestic consulting market and share progress and development with the world. This paper introduces and discusses the characteristics and development status of traditional supervision enterprises, lists the advantages and benefits of traditional supervision enterprises' transformation through feasibility analysis, and also studies several strategies that are helpful to the transformation of supervision enterprises. Finally, it investigates and collects the factors that restrict the transformation of supervision enterprises, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Through a series of analysis and research, we believe that traditional supervision enterprises can avoid the dilemma and take a unique development path of independent innovation only when they smoothly transform to the whole-process engineering consultation as soon as possible.
