Abstract:Safety risks in the whole life cycle of construction are caused by management, environment, materials, machinery and equipment, construction methods and other factors. In this paper, entropy method and analytic hierarchy process are used to establish a comprehensive and objective safety evaluation system for high-rise projects. Then, based on the survey data of a high-rise project in a construction science park, the safety status of the project is evaluated. It is concluded that the risk level of the high-level project is level Ⅲ, which is in good condition, and the weight of the safety management of the general contractor and the professional subcontractor is the largest. It is proposed to promote the construction of the safety system standard, the need to constantly improve the level of safety management, establish and improve the relevant rules of the safety law, and pay attention to safety training.
