    以某深水钢围堰基础工程为依托,采用高压旋喷桩防渗墙和钢围堰内底板下部注浆两种方式相结合技术对钢套箱围堰底板渗漏进行加固处治,围堰在加固后第一次抽水到底,从实际效果看,围堰内再无渗水通道,加固效果非常好。加固结果表明,高压旋喷桩有效地延长了围堰外水流渗入围堰内的通道,并将围堰底板以下范围隔离成为相对封闭的环境,避免了底板下注浆浆液的流失,为注浆质量提供了保证;围堰底板范围及底板下注浆,基本将底板下方土层密实,封堵了原有和可能的底板渗水通道。

    Abstract:

    Based on a deep-water steel cofferdam foundation engineering, the technique combining the high pressure rotary spray pile seepage wall and bottom plate lower grouting was applied to strengthen the leakage of the deep steel cofferdam. According to the result of the first pumping after the reinforcement, from the actual effect, there was no any water seepage channel and reinforcement effect was very good. The reinforcement results show that by the high-pressure rotary jet pile, the passage outside the cofferdam effectively has been extended and the range has been separated below the cofferdam bottom plate into a relatively closed environment. It avoided the loss of the grouting slurry under the bottom plate and the grouting quality has been guaranteed. Through the cofferdam bottom plate range and the bottom plate grouting, the bottom plate was basically compacted and the original and possible bottom plate seepage channel were blocked.
