    摘要:

    为了预防钢管混凝土束组合结构项目的安全事故发生,梳理了相关资料文献、安全隐患整改通知单、工法、安全技术规程以及施工现场调研,从构件生产、进场及运输、存放、构件吊装、混凝土浇筑5个阶段识别出该结构体系23个主要施工安全风险因素。以问卷调查的方式,收集数据进行分析并用结构方程模型(SEM)进行验证性因素分析(CFA),最终筛选出20个关键风险因素并确认其权重排序。

    Abstract:

    In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents in the concrete-filled steel tube bundle composite structure project, the relevant literature, safety hazard rectification notice, construction method, safety technical regulations and construction site investigation were sorted out. From the five stages of component production, approach and transportation, storage, component hoisting and concrete pouring, 23 main construction safety risk factors of the structural system were identified. Data were collected and analyzed by questionnaire, and confirmatory factor analysis ( CFA ) was performed by structural equation modeling ( SEM ). Finally, 20 key risk factors were selected and their weights were confirmed.
