At present, in the safety management of electric power construction, the management has a strong sense of safety and a sound safety management system, but the engineering construction safety accidents still occur from time to time. In addition to the ineffective implementation of the management system, the most important reason is that the operators do not know enough about the life threatening risk factors in their own construction environment and cannot find the hidden danger around them. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen classified training, improve operators' awareness of their own safety risks, reverse supervision of work safety conditions in the operating environment, supervision of hidden danger screening and management, and further reduce or eliminate safety accidents.
