As one of the four new technologies, prefabricated concrete structure construction technology has developed rapidly in recent years, and prefabricated buildings are also vigorously promoted and widely used. From the perspective of construction project supervision, this paper summarizes and analyzes the supervision control points of prefabricated construction projects from the aspects of manufacturer design and production, storage and transportation of prefabricated components, hoisting and installation, sleeve grouting connection, etc., so as to provide reference for similar project supervision projects.
