富水软土地区超深地连墙施工及控制技术研究

    摘要:

    随着城市地下空间广泛开发,地连墙的深度不断增大,部分超深地连墙已超过50m,给现场施工带来了挑战。本文以天津市地铁11号线吴家窑站地铁基坑为工程背景,通过总结施工91幅57m深地下连续墙的施工质量控制措施,创新性地采用液压顶升平台辅助进行钢筋笼对接,并通过工程监测数据分析地连墙施工完成后的效果,总结了在富水软土条件下地连墙成槽、钢筋笼施工及混凝土浇筑工程中的施工技术及质量控制措施,为类似软土地区超深地连墙设计和施工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the extensive development of urban underground space, the depth of diaphragm wall has been increasing, and some ultra-deep diaphragm wall has exceeded 50m, which brings challenges to site construction. Taking Wujiayao Station subway foundation pit of Tianjin Metro Line 11 as the engineering background, this paper summarizes the construction quality control measures of 91 57m deep underground diaphragm walls, innovatively adopts hydraulic lifting platform to assist reinforcement cage docking, and analyzes the effect after completion of the construction of the diaphragm wall through engineering monitoring data. This paper summarizes the construction techniques and quality control measures in the troughs and cage construction of diaphragm wall and concrete pouring under the condition of soft soil with rich water, and provides reference for the design and construction of ultra-deep diaphragm wall in similar soft soil areas.
