    上海某污染治理转型项目后期开发工程桩施工过程中遇到前期污染治理遗留地下障碍物和地层特殊土等困难挑战,污染治理遗留的桩基施工影响包括深厚回填土、深层搅拌桩、立柱桩、防渗透膜等地下障碍物,场地特殊土层包括暗浜、工程桩局部穿过⑦层、持力层进入⑨层等。本文通过本工程桩基工程设计、施工技术攻关、施工现场管理等手段,克服综合不利因素对工程桩施工的影响,加强过程质量控制,顺利完成工程桩的施工,工程桩的施工质量符合设计和规范的要求,为相似工程建设提供有益的借鉴。

    Abstract:

    During the post development of a pollution control transformation project in Shanghai, difficulties and challenges were encountered in the pile construction process, including underground obstacles left behind by early pollution control and special soil layers. The impact of pile construction left behind by pollution control includes deep backfill soil, deep mixing piles, column piles, anti permeability membranes and other underground obstacles. The special soil layers on the site include hidden creeks, engineering piles partially passing through layer ⑦, and bearing layers entering layer ⑨. This article overcomes the impact of comprehensive unfavorable factors on the construction of engineering piles, strengthens process quality control, and successfully completes the construction of engineering piles through methods such as pile foundation engineering design, construction technology research, and construction site management. The construction quality of engineering piles meets the requirements of design and specifications, providing useful reference for similar engineering construction.
