Abstract:During the post development of a pollution control transformation project in Shanghai, difficulties and challenges were encountered in the pile construction process, including underground obstacles left behind by early pollution control and special soil layers. The impact of pile construction left behind by pollution control includes deep backfill soil, deep mixing piles, column piles, anti permeability membranes and other underground obstacles. The special soil layers on the site include hidden creeks, engineering piles partially passing through layer ⑦, and bearing layers entering layer ⑨. This article overcomes the impact of comprehensive unfavorable factors on the construction of engineering piles, strengthens process quality control, and successfully completes the construction of engineering piles through methods such as pile foundation engineering design, construction technology research, and construction site management. The construction quality of engineering piles meets the requirements of design and specifications, providing useful reference for similar engineering construction.
