The Shanghai-Suzhou-Nantong Yangtze River Railway Bridge is the world's first cable-stayed bridge with a span of over 1000m. It has the technical characteristics of "high, large and new". The construction technology of the bridge is complex, difficult and has high safety risk. Based on the construction supervision practice of the bridge, focusing on the bridge water construction safety, aerial work safety and large facilities safety,this paper discusses the key and difficult points, supervision methods, supervision principles and supervision effectiveness of the bridge construction safety supervision management in detail, for reference by the peers in the industry.
