In recent years, with the rapid development of China"s economy, the demand for energy in military, industrial and other fields is also increasing day by day, among which the strategic position of oil is particularly important, and the petroleum reserve system arises at the historic moment. The development of petroleum reserves is of great significance to the stable development of national economy and the basic guarantee of national security. Due to China"s weak oil self-sufficiency capacity and the increasing dependence of oil, China began to study and build groundwater sealing oil hole reservoirs around 2000, and has been widely used as a safe and reliable storage method. However, at present, there are few projects of groundwater sealing oil tunnel reservoir in China, and an effective complete set of theoretical system has not been formed to guide the construction, and the safety management in the construction has always been the focus of the state and society. Based on this, this paper is based on the current situation of safety management of groundwater sealing tunnel construction, and puts forward specific countermeasures for the common problems, aiming to promote the construction of safety management system of groundwater sealing tunnel construction construction.
