Nowadays, the whole process engineering consulting service has been widely practiced in the field of construction engineering, and the agent construction system is also one of the common modes of construction management.Taking a large cluster project as the background, this paper takes the contract signed by the construction unit, the agent construction unit and the whole process engineering consulting unit as the basic structure of the management level, and then takes the project schedule control as the starting point for analysis and research, and summarizes and shares the organizational structure, schedule target setting, task division, schedule control measures and methods of the project under the agent-consulting mode.With a view to providing some experience for other similar projects.
