    摘要:

    文章针对ESG发展视觉、VUCA视觉、技术更新及数字化转型等视觉及目前核电工程面临的易变性和困难等现实状况,针对性地提出了应用底线思维、制定安全管理思维导图做好工程安全管理链长的综合控制方法,以解决各种新视觉下的安全问题。并用以人为本,用组织的精细化管理来带动员工的SKC个人规划发展,以法治安、以标控安,营造责任文化,控制事故发生的根本原因、控制能量转换及力能设施、做好本质安全技术管理、智慧安全技术管理、双碳视觉及ESG效能的安全技术管理等安全管理应对措施,可提高现场安全管理的成效。

    Abstract:

    s: In view of the vision of ESG development, VUCA vision, technology update, and digital transformation, as well as the current reality of variability and difficulties faced by nuclear power engineering, this article specifically proposes a comprehensive control method of applying bottom line thinking and formulating a safety management thought map to do a good job in engineering safety management chain length, in order to solve safety issues under various new visions. In addition, safety management countermeasures such as people-oriented, refined organizational management to drive the development of employees" SKC personal planning, law and order, standards to control safety, creating a culture of responsibility, controlling the root causes of accidents, controlling energy conversion and power facilities, doing a good job in intrinsic safety technology management, intelligent safety technology management, dual carbon vision, and ESG efficiency safety technology management can improve the effectiveness of on-site safety management.
