The regional development and construction coordination model connects cross departmental information silos. In order to support the digital management of construction coordination, a regional development and construction coordination management platform system has been developed. The system is composed of user layer, access layer, application layer, support layer, transmission layer, and basic layer, and 13 typical application scenarios have been analyzed in detail from the regional and project levels. The application of the platform system in the international innovation collaboration zone indicates that it has improved the refinement level of regional development and construction coordination management, and improved the efficiency of information exchange across regions, departments, and industries.
