Abstract:In order to solve the technical problem of secondary lining of mine tunnels using shield air thrusters, taking a subway tunnel section project in Shenzhen as an example, through scheme optimization, reasonably setting the elevation of the guide platform, selecting the supporting material for the gap between the segment and the guide platform, adopting continuous measurement and monitoring of the formed pipe segment, using concrete to fill the air attack between the pipe segment and the tunnel wall of the mine method, and setting appropriate shield propulsion parameters, etc., the technical problem of secondary lining of the mine tunnel using shield air thruster was successfully solved. In order to provide reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
