At present, the excessive emission of carbon dioxide caused by human activities is facing the severe challenge of ecological and environmental problems. To achieve carbon peak carbon neutrality is a major strategic decision made by the Party Central Committee to coordinate both domestic and international situations. At the same time, the whole process of engineering consulting services is an inevitable trend in the development of the construction consulting industry. This study takes low-carbon transformation project as the research entry point of the whole process engineering consulting, and discusses the technical problems of the whole process engineering consulting encountered in the process of low-carbon transformation project, in order to provide some experience for similar low-carbon transformation projects.
