    摘要:

    地下停车场建设数量和规模的呈现不断增加的趋势,但地下停车场质量管理问题一直未得到充分解决。目前的质量管理常采用传统的人工管理方式,利用BIM技术进行地下停车场施工质量管理具有多方面的优势。本研究首先分析了利用BIM技术进行质量管理的优势和地下停车场质量管理的需求;随后,提出了基于BIM技术的事前、事中和事后施工质量控制方法;最后,从技术、组织和经济方面提出了落实质量管理的建议,为地下停车场质量管理提供了参考,有助于提升项目管理质量和管理的信息化。

    Abstract:

    The number and scale of underground parking lot construction show an increasing trend, but the quality management of underground parking lot has not been fully resolved. The current quality management often adopts the traditional manual management method, but the use of BIM technology for underground parking lot construction quality management has many advantages. This study firstly analyzes the advantages of using BIM technology for quality management and the needs of underground parking lot quality management; then, this study proposes the construction quality control methods based on BIM technology before, during and after the construction; Finally, this paper proposes the suggests of implementing quality management from the aspects of technology, organization and economy, which provides a reference for the quality management of underground parking lot, and helps to improve the quality of project management and the management of Informatization.
