Abstract:The number and scale of underground parking lot construction show an increasing trend, but the quality management of underground parking lot has not been fully resolved. The current quality management often adopts the traditional manual management method, but the use of BIM technology for underground parking lot construction quality management has many advantages. This study firstly analyzes the advantages of using BIM technology for quality management and the needs of underground parking lot quality management; then, this study proposes the construction quality control methods based on BIM technology before, during and after the construction; Finally, this paper proposes the suggests of implementing quality management from the aspects of technology, organization and economy, which provides a reference for the quality management of underground parking lot, and helps to improve the quality of project management and the management of Informatization.
