    摘要:

    无粘结预应力混凝土是在后张粘结法基础上发展起来的施工技术,与普通钢筋同时铺放的预应力钢绞线在混凝土构件截面内仅靠端部锚具建立预加应力。对于混合配筋法结构,预加应力宜按构件裂缝控制要求实施,以提高结构的耐久性。结合工程实例,对无粘结预应力混凝土结构特性进行分析,阐述施工技术管理重点,总结施工经验,提出无粘结预应力工程的实施原则,为类似工程提供积极借鉴作用。

    Abstract:

    Unbonded prestressed concrete is a construction technique developed on the basis of the post-tensioning method, in which prestressed steel strands placed at the same time as ordinary steel bars are pre-stressed within the section of a concrete member with only end anchors. For the structure with mixed reinforcement, the pre-stress should be carried out according to the requirement of crack control to improve the durability of the structure. This paper analyzes the structural characteristics of unbonded prestressed concrete structures, expounds the key points of construction technology management, summarizes the construction experience, and puts forward the implementation principles of unbonded prestressed engineering, to provide positive reference for similar projects.
