The purpose of this paper is to discuss the differences between the construction project supervision notice form and the work contact form in the definition, nature, function and practical application. Through the detailed analysis of the two, this paper aims to provide theoretical support for construction project supervision practice, promote the standardization of supervision work. This paper first introduces the basic definitions of supervision notice and work contact form, then compares and analyzes them from various angles, and finally combines the actual cases, this paper expounds the concrete application and effect of the two methods in the construction project supervision.
