    CRTSI型双块式无砟轨道因质量可靠、工艺成熟、后期维护方便等特点,已经成为高速铁路建设中最为广泛的轨道类型。但因其施工精度控制要求高,工序相对复杂,且受施工人员、设备及环境等影响,易发生质量问题。本文以昌景黄铁路为例,对CRTSI型双块式无砟轨道常见的底座板与梁面离缝、道床板梁面左右线间积水及双块式轨枕质量缺陷等问题展开分析,并提出相应的防治措施,其研究成果对进一步提升工程设计和施工质量具有重要的现实意义。

    Abstract:

    CRTSI double-block ballastless track has become the most extensive track type in high-speed railway construction because of its reliable quality, mature technology and convenient maintenance. However, due to its high precision control requirements, the process is relatively complex, and by the construction personnel, equipment and environmental impact, prone to quality problems. Taking Changjinghuang Railway as an example, this paper analyzes the common problems of CRTSI double-block ballastless track, such as the separation between the base plate and the beam surface, the water accumulation between the left and right lines of the track bed plate and the quality defects of the double-block sleeper, the corresponding prevention and cure measures are put forward. The research results are of great practical significance for further improving the engineering design and construction quality.
