Oilfield construction management refers to the comprehensive coordination and control of construction projects during the oilfield development process to ensure effective management of safety, schedule, and cost. The introduction of digital technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and blockchain can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of construction management. This article explores the issues of on-site monitoring, safety management, construction progress control, and contract and supply chain management in current oilfield construction management. Three digital solutions based on the Internet of Things, big data, and blockchain are proposed to improve the overall efficiency of oilfield construction management.
