    随着道路交通网不断增强,大角度斜交箱涵结构被广泛应用于公路、铁路等立体交叉工程中,但由于其涉及技术复杂、难度系数大、质量要求高等特征,给施工安全管理及质量控制带来了一定的困难。为了明确大角度斜交箱涵施工质量和风险控制要点,本研究分析了顶进前准备工作和顶进过程主要施工影响因素,构建了箱涵施工风险评估指标体系,并提出了一种箱涵施工风险分析方法。方法中,先运用层次分析法(AHP)研究各影响要素重要性程度;其次,基于层次论、系统论构建模糊综合评判模型;最后,将方法应用到某项目箱涵施工风险评估中,以验证其科学合理性。结果表明,方法实用、有效,可系统性体现箱涵施工特征和内涵,对箱涵顶进施工质量管理和风险防控重点具有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous enhancement of road traffic network, large-angle oblique box culvert structure is widely used in highway, railway and other three-dimensional intersection engineering, but because of its complicated technology, difficulty coefficient and high quality requirements, it brings some difficulties to construction safety management and quality control. In order to clarify the construction quality and risk control points of large-angle inclined box culverts, this study analyzed the preparation work before jacking and the main factors affecting the jacking process, established the risk assessment index system of box culverts construction, and proposed a risk analysis method of box culverts construction. Firstly, the analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to study the importance degree of each influencing factor. Secondly, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed based on hierarchy theory and system theory. Finally, the method is applied to the risk assessment of box culvert construction in a project to verify its scientific rationality. The results show that the method is practical and effective, can systematically reflect the construction characteristics and connotation of box culvert, and has certain guiding significance for the quality management and risk prevention and control of box culvert jacking construction.
