Abstract:The progress control of construction project is the core content of project management, which involves the formulation of construction plan, progress tracking, resource allocation and deviation adjustment. Aiming at the problem of progress control of construction projects, this paper puts forward a series of methods, including clarifying progress control objectives, implementing dynamic monitoring, deviation analysis and adjustment, optimizing resource allocation, etc. Combined with BIM technology, the concrete path to improve the efficiency of project schedule control is explored. The case analysis verifies the effectiveness and operability of these methods, and provides practical guidance for the progress control of construction projects.
