The design management for large commercial complex projects is meticulous and complex. In recent years, the author has participated in many full-process design management projects for commercial complexes. Taking the Shanghai Minhang Jiuxing City (Nine Palace Square) project as an example, the author will analyze the key points of design management for large commercial complex projects based on the experience of this project.
