Abstract:This article explores the management mode of supervision consortium for large-scale railway construction projects through the practice of supervision consortium projects. Conduct in-depth analysis on the organizational structure, management system construction, division of management responsibilities, and quality and safety management measures of the supervision station. We have established a complementary governance system for central and local enterprises, effectively integrating resources, unifying management standards, and resolving conflicts between multiple parties and standards. Clearly define the responsibilities of all parties and positions in the consortium, and strengthen the awareness of shared responsibility. Innovate the zoning and collaborative management of large and complex projects, establish a system and management methods for large-scale project supervision consortia, and rely on the practice of the Shanghai East Station project to provide reference for the promotion and application of supervision consortium management models.
