Abstract:Against the backdrop of the booming development of transportation infrastructure in China, the number of tunnel projects continues to rise, and concrete pouring has become a key link affecting the progress and safety of tunnel construction. Traditional pouring equipment faces problems such as low efficiency and slow turnover in the face of complex geology and large-scale construction requirements. Therefore, this study designed and optimized a combined early demolition tunnel concrete pouring trolley. The trolley was equipped with a modular template combination system, efficient support and lifting mechanism, and flexible walking device for collaborative operation, which can achieve fast and accurate pouring. Through theoretical analysis, the key components were optimized by using Q235 steel plate as the top template panel and 10mm channel steel as the back rib to meet the requirements of strength and stiffness; The main crossbeam and main vertical beam of the gantry are made of high-strength Q345 steel to ensure their load-bearing capacity. After considering the safety factor, the actual design load of the top formwork is 7.15 × 10 2 MPa. The load-bearing surface load of each main crossbeam of the gantry is 334336.8N/m 2. The main vertical beam was made of HN350 × 175 steel and reinforced with stiffeners to resist horizontal loads. Practical engineering applications have shown that this vehicle significantly improves the efficiency of concrete pouring, shortens the construction period, and had good promotional value.
