    型钢混凝土梁的型钢与混凝土粘结滑移是影响承载力的关键因素,施工管理的重点是梁柱节点连接,影响施工质量的主要因素是钢梁焊接、栓钉焊接、钢筋连接及混凝土密实。本文对型钢混凝土梁的特性进行分析,提出深化设计流程、施工流程及型钢梁安装流程,阐述了梁柱节点焊接的工艺及技术管理重点,提出结构钢柱与型钢混凝土梁实施“一体化”施工管理的思路。结合工程实例,总结了大型铁路客站工程型钢混凝土梁的施工经验及体会,为类似工程提供有益借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The bonding slip between the steel and concrete of the steel-concrete beam is a key factor affecting the bearing capacity, and the focus of construction management the connection of beam-column joints. The main factors affecting the construction quality are the welding of steel beams, the welding of studs, the connection of reinforcement and the compaction concrete. In this paper, the characteristics of steel-concrete beams are analyzed, and the deepening design process, construction process and the installation process of steel beams are proposed The process and technical management emphasis of beam-column joint welding are expounded, and the idea of "integration" construction management of structural steel columns and steel-concrete beams is. Combined with the engineering example, the construction experience and insights of the steel-concrete beams in the large railway passenger station project are summarized, which provides useful references for similar projects
