Based on a systematic perspective of the whole-process engineering consulting, this paper proposes an innovative implementation path framework for the actual needs of green and low-carbon transformation of data centers. By analyzing the current energy consumption challenges and development status, it constructs a green and low-carbon transformation path covering the entire life cycle from planning, design, procurement, construction to operation and maintenance from three dimensions: technological innovation, management integration, and value enhancement. The research results show that this framework can effectively guide the green and low-carbon transformation practice of data centers, achieving significant results in reducing PUE values and carbon emission intensity.
