Abstract:In the context of high-quality development and multiple demands such as maintaining functionality and controlling investment, over the past five years, several provinces have issued regulations advocating for construction agency for government-invested projects. Large-scale construction agency practices have been carried out in some regions, so it’s imperative to improve the efficiency of construction agency. Based on Beijing practice samples, this article sorts out the models and problems of construction agency, and proposes the key points to improve the efficiency of construction agency in the decision-making, implementation, and evaluation stages.
