    既有厂房加固,大多数采用拆除后,单层加固,对于双层加固,加上檩条和檩托,虽然成本增加,但是对生产影响较小,安全性有保证。本文以实际案例,首先进行设计优化,提出对既有厂房采用单层屋面板采用檩上升根的方法加固为双层屋面板。然后对施工节点采用采光板双层加固、女儿墙做泛水板等加固的施工方法。最后根据实际应用情况,得出双层屋面板加固的优点在于安全、可靠。

    Abstract:

    For the reinforcement of existing factory buildings, most cases involve demolition followed by single-layer reinforcement. For double-layer reinforcement, adding purlins and purlin supports increases costs but has minimal impact on production and ensures safety. This paper uses an actual case to first perform design optimization and proposes reinforcing existing factory buildings by upgrading single-layer roof panels to double-layer roof panels using the method of purlin elevation. Then, reinforcement construction methods are applied to construction nodes, including double-layer reinforcement of skylight panels and installing flashing panels on parapets. Finally, based on practical applications, it is concluded that the advantages of double-layer roof panel reinforcement lie in safety and reliability.
