Abstract:In order to improve the efficiency and quality of project supervision, this article uses a comparative analysis method to systematically study the differences between the digital project supervision model and the traditional supervision model. The study found that the digital project supervision model is superior to the traditional supervision model in terms of supervision efficiency, information management, cost control, risk management and quality control. Specifically, digital technology realizes real-time monitoring and in-depth data analysis of the supervision process through the Internet of Things, big data, cloud computing and artificial intelligence, significantly improving supervision efficiency and scientific decision-making. In addition, the digital project supervision model also shows obvious advantages in resource optimization allocation and cost control, effectively reducing supervision costs. However, digital project supervision still faces challenges in terms of technical implementation, laws and regulations, and information security, and relevant technologies and systems need to be further improved. Overall, the digital engineering supervision model represents the future development direction of engineering supervision and has broad application prospects.
