Abstract:Abstract:Aiming at the pain points that traditional external thermal insulation materials for building exterior walls in cold northern regions are insufficient in fire resistance and durability and difficult to coordinate with the service life of building structures, this paper proposes an application scheme of an independent bin-type fireproof and thermal insulation system. With B1-grade YXBL insulation boards as the core thermal insulation base material, this system adopts A-grade fireproof composite mortar for tiling and bin-dividing treatment, dividing the insulation boards into several independent fireproof units, and finally forming an A-grade external wall thermal insulation system that meets the specification requirements without additional fire barriers. Combined with engineering cases, the paper systematically expounds the material performance indicators, key structural technologies and the quality, safety and schedule control measures throughout the construction process of the system. Practice shows that this system has comprehensive performance of fire resistance, thermal insulation and durability, as well as the advantages of controllable cost and convenient construction. It is suitable for external wall thermal insulation projects of various residential and public buildings, and can provide practical technical reference for similar projects.
