    本文以济南某商业综合体超深基坑为研究对象,针对工程开挖深度大、周边环境复杂、地下水丰富的难点,开展支护降水设计与施工全过程管控研究。根据周边环境控制特点,针对性的设计了十个支护单元,摒弃常规止水帷幕,采用坑内降水 + 坑外回灌工艺,同时制定施工检测标准,建立多维度基坑监测体系,明确全阶段监理管控要点。实践表明,场地整平卸荷大幅降低了工程造价,创新降水方案有效控制了对周边环境的影响,基坑各项监测指标均符合规范要求。研究成果为同类复杂超深基坑工程提供了重要的工程借鉴。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, taking an ultra-deep foundation pit of a commercial complex in Jinan as the research object, aiming at the difficulties of deep excavation, complex surrounding environment and abundant groundwater, the whole process control research of supporting dewatering design and construction is carried out. According to the control characteristics of the surrounding environment, ten supporting units were designed, instead of the conventional water-stop curtain, the process of dewatering in the pit and recharging outside the pit was adopted, meanwhile, the construction detection standard was established, the multi-dimensional foundation pit monitoring system was established, and the key points of supervision and control at all stages were clarified. The practice shows that the site leveling and unloading greatly reduces the project cost, the innovative dewatering scheme effectively controls the impact on the surrounding environment, and all monitoring indexes of the foundation pit meet the requirements of the specification. The research results provide important engineering reference for similar complex ultra-deep foundation pit projects.
