    摘要:

    顶管暗挖法相比较明挖法具有占用空间少,对周边环境影响小的优势,尤其是施工区域范围存在地下管线等障碍物时,采用顶管暗挖法施工可避免因为地下管线搬迁而造成的工期、成本增加等问题。因此,以本项目地下人行通道顶管工程为实例,矩形顶管最小垂直净距约0.61m下穿?1500mm雨水管,从监理工作者角度出发,重点介绍矩形顶管下穿雨水管采取的一系列的保护措施和施工过程中的监理控制要求[1],保证矩形顶管顺利下穿?1500mm雨水管且不发生沉降及破坏。

    Abstract:

    Compared with the open-cut method, the pipe jacking and underground excavation method has the advantages of occupying less space and having a smaller impact on the surrounding environment. Especially when there are underground pipelines and other obstacles in the construction area, the pipe jacking and underground excavation method can avoid problems such as increased construction period and cost caused by the relocation of underground pipelines. Therefore, taking the underground pedestrian passage pipe jacking project of this project as an example, the minimum vertical clear distance of the rectangular pipe jacking is approximately 0.61m, and it passes under a ?1500mm rainwater pipe. From the perspective of the supervisory workers, this paper mainly introduces a series of protective measures taken when the rectangular pipe jacking passes under the rainwater pipe and the supervisory control requirements during the construction process. Ensure that the rectangular top pipe can smoothly pass under the ?1500mm rainwater pipe without settlement or damage.
