Abstract:This paper analyzes the significance of standardizing the structure and itemization of the simulated bill of quantities for the general contracting of fine decoration residential project. The simulated bill of quantities for the general contracting project is divided into a start-up cost list, a physical work quantity list, a maintenance cost list, and a daywork quantity list. It deeply studies the standardized itemization and characteristic description points of each list, and provides a deep analysis of their respective contents. In particular, it provides a detailed enumeration of civil engineering and electromechanical engineering parts in the startup cost list and physical quantity list, providing a professional reference for the standardization of bills of quantities.
