Abstract:Remote cross-regional bidding evaluation has played a significant role in sharing expert resources for construction project bidding and enhancing the fairness of evaluation results. However, in practice, there are also challenges such as communication difficulties, evaluation obstacles, insufficient safeguards, and regulatory issues. This paper attempts to leverage digital means to optimize task allocation, strengthen safeguards, innovate mechanisms, fully utilize the advantages of remote cross-regional bidding evaluation, and address the aforementioned pain points and difficulties.
