Abstract:The current management of university renovation projects is at a standstill with a focus on "content over effect, results without evaluation," failing to a closed management loop to guide the comprehensive benefits of the project. This paper, based on the theory of the full life cycle, proposes a general evaluation model for the management of university projects, which includes multiple evaluation entities such as construction units, user units, and consulting units. The goal is to cover the entire process, and the focus is on the introduction of satisfaction and the performance indicators of the whole process of engineering consulting, forming a management loop of evaluation, feedback, improvement, and application, and a comprehensive evaluation index system. Based on, it proposes optimization directions such as digitization and dynamicization.
