    以上海地铁23号线某车站基坑工程为依托,开展钢支撑无线伺服系统在深基坑开挖支护中的应用研究,剖析其“实时监测-数据反馈-自动轴力补偿”的闭环控制技术核心。阐述系统组成与工作原理,结合现场实测数据验证应用效果,结果表明:该系统响应实时、调控精准、自动化程度高,控制区域围护结构侧向变形较非伺服区域平均减小23.26mm,可有效抑制基坑变形,降低深基坑开挖对周边建(构)筑物、地下管线的扰动,可为同类深基坑工程推广应用提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on a station foundation pit of Shanghai Metro Line 23, this paper studies the application of steel support wireless servo system in deep foundation pit excavation and support, and analyzes its closed-loop control core of "real-time monitoring - data feedback - automatic axial force compensation". The system composition and working mechanism are described, and its application effect is verified by field measured data. The results show that the system has real-time response, precise regulation and high automation. The average lateral deformation of retaining structure in servo control area is 23.26 mm less than that in non-servo area. It can effectively restrain foundation pit deformation, reduce excavation disturbance to surrounding buildings and underground pipelines, and provide reference for similar projects.
