Abstract:With the development trend of China’s economy, the digital economy model has received increasing attention, and current power engineering is also facing an upgrade toward intelligence. The implementation of design concepts and strict quality standards for UHV and high-altitude projects has led to an increase in manpower input from all participating entities, higher requirements for professional and technical capabilities, and a substantial rise in labor costs. As one of the five responsible parties in construction, the traditional engineering supervision model can no longer meet new demands. Against this background, this paper introduces enterprise management experience in building a digital platform integrated with intelligent equipment, enhancing collaboration capabilities through technological and digital innovation, and reducing corporate labor costs by solidifying inspection standards. It also analyzes the key difficulties in the allocation of intelligent equipment, problems encountered in application and promotion, as well as corresponding solutions, hoping to provide reference for similar management practices in the industry.
