Abstract:A "1+6+X" standardized system for green construction supervision was established in the Jinze Resettlement Housing full-process consulting project. In this system, "1" refers to the specific implementation rules, "6" covers six major control modules, including organization management, environmental protection, material saving, water saving, energy saving, and land saving, and "X" corresponds to 7 standardized supervision forms. After the implementation of this system, the rectification closed-loop rate of green construction problems increased from 67% to 96%, the completeness rate of green construction records in supervision logs rose from 31% to 100%, and construction waste generation decreased by 18% compared with the planned control target. By April 2026, the project had completed an output value of 264.874 million yuan, with construction electricity consumption saved by 15.4%, water consumption saved by 9.7%, and the saving rates of steel bars, timber, ready-mixed concrete, and cement reaching 0.42%, 6.78%, 1.52%, and 0.63%, respectively, all exceeding the preset targets. The mutual validation between supervision process control data and construction outcome data indicates that this system has promotional value for similar resettlement housing projects.
